BrownDog artisan ice cream parlor, added a bar and a restaurant in Northville and Lansing. The ice cream is hand made in small batches using Michigan grown ingredients. The “BROWNDOG “are real! Three rescued Boston Terriers are the inspiration for the name behind what has evolved into Michigan’s first Barlor®. Restaurants create a food and ice cream experience with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients that humans and their pets could enjoy.

The bar focuses on cocktails inspired by Michigan spirits, while our food follows the creativeness of the ice cream and cocktails by putting our unique Browndog twist on classic bar food.

This fall Browndog is introducing Two New Flavors Pumpkin Spiced Latte and CampFire Smore and starting next week in both Barlor Restaurants the Cider Donut Bread Pudding favorite will be released.

CIDER DONUT BREAD PUDDING- Made with local cider mill donuts, topped with a scoop of salted caramel swirled ice cream and fresh whipped with a drizzle of house-made sea salt caramel.
